Full-Spectrum Performance Work
Complete rigging teardowns and rebuilds. Every line, every fitting, done right.
Engine swaps and repower packages for any high-performance platform. Mercury Racing specialists.
Transoms, stringers, hull repairs, gel coat. Structural and cosmetic work — all done in-house.

Our DTS Dynamometer is the only dyno in the region capable of running wet exhaust for marine applications. Up to 2,000 ft-lbs of torque. Raw water cooled. Computerized print-outs. Know exactly what your engine is making before it goes in the water.

We Rebuild Them All.
Double R runs a full Mercury drive shop — one of the most capable in the country. Whether you need a simple Alpha service or a complete M6 or M8 rebuild, we have the experience, the tooling, and the parts to do it right. Mercury Marine and Mercury Racing certified. Well over 25 years of drive building experience.

TEST TANK.
One of the few facilities in the country with an on-site test tank. Eighty feet long, twenty feet wide — large enough to run multiple boats simultaneously at full throttle with test propellers. We water-test service and sales boats without the launch ramp queues. No guessing. No surprises on the water.
The tank is also used for commissioning and calibration on customer boats. If it's going in the water, we test it in the tank first.
The Nor-Tech Hub
Canada's central authority for the Nor-Tech ownership ecosystem. New builds, trade-ins, and the full Build → Ride → Upgrade → Repeat cycle.

20,000 sq ft. 19-person team. Full re-rigs, repowers, paint, fiberglass, dyno testing, and storage — for Nor-Techs and every serious performance boat.

When our customers are down south, we have a home base. Our Mercury Certified service shop operates out of Southern Marine & RV Sales in Fort Myers — over 30 years in the marine industry, with the tooling and expertise to handle high-performance Mercury applications.
